This website is operated by Voyzapp. Wherever in the website, we have used the terms “we”, “us” and “our”, it refers to Voyzapp. Voyzapp owns all information related to products and services available to you through this website.  We ensure that the user agrees to all terms, conditions, and privacy policies categorically stated in this website. Once you agree to transact through our website, you automatically agree to all conditions specified in the website.

By visiting our site and agreeing to indulge in buying or selling or any other kind of transaction through our website, you need to agree to our Terms and Conditions. These terms are also abided by our browsers, vendors, customers, merchants or any other contributors to the website. So all users are requested to read the Terms of Service section very carefully while accessing our website. While accessing or using any section of the site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 We keep our Terms of Service section updated with any new feature or service that has been launched recently. We reserve the right to modify or update the section as and when needed so that at any point in time everyone stays up-to-date. 

Legal implications

You are not authorized to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. In case you violate the terms and conditions of service, we reserve the right to forfeit your usage of services. We also expect you not to use any malware, worms or virus that might disrupt our services or website. Doing so will result in termination of your services. By signing up at Voyzapp, you give your explicit consent that representatives from Voyzapp can call/sms/whatsapp you even if your contact number is registered under NDNC/DND.

By registering as an artist/actor at Voyzapp, you solemnly declare that the voice over you provide for any Voyzapp project (that happens through the platform or offline)  becomes the sole copyright property of Voyzapp's end client and you have no legal rights over it. Also, you declare that you shall use the client script only for the voice over/purpose required by client and cannot use copyrighted scripts/recordings of the client for any auditions, demos or any other purpose.
 
By registering as an artist/actor at Voyzapp, you solemnly declare that your Voyzapp account is only for professional use and that you shall not upload any illegal, copyrighted or prohibited content in any format whatsoever on the portal.  You declare that the voice samples  that you upload in your profile have been created/recorded solely in your own voice and you confirm that you shall have no copyright on the demos/ voice samples once these are uploaded on Voyzapp. By signing up as an artist, you hereby confirm and declare that if you do not respect these guidelines, your account may be terminated without notice and an appropriate legal action might be taken.

By signing up as an artist and thereafter by accepting to work on projects with Voyzapp, you hereby confirm and declare that you will keep confidential all content/script received from the platform for execuiting Voyzapp's or Voyzapp's client's project. You hereby confirm that you shall use the content only for the purpose it is intended for and not share with anyone. On accepting to work on projects, you hereby agree that Voyzapp artist fee as per policy shall be deducted from your due amount. Voyzapp reserves the right to modify the artist fee anytime without giving any notice or reason thereof. 

General terms and conditions 

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any point in time. Also, understand that any content that we possess, might be subjected to transfer unencrypted or might involve transmissions over various networks. But all information related to credit card/debit card, bank details are always encrypted during transfer over networks. By conforming to our terms of service you also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell or misuse any part of the content published through our website without explicit permission by us in writing.

Services through our vendors are subject to their availability. We do not bear responsibility of unavailability of any product or service through our website.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic division or jurisdiction. This discretion may vary on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of service or pricing are subject to change at any time even without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time.

We do not hold responsibility or warranty in case the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased from us does not meet your expectations. You should ensure that you provide accurate information to us for all transactions. We do not bear the responsibility for any inaccurate or not updated information provided to us.

All audio files are delivered in standard mp3/wav formats. In case a client needs output recording in any specific file format, the same must be communicated in advance in the instructions section on hire page. The possiblity of any other file format and/or any additional charges shall be conveyed to the client. 

Regarding accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We do not bear responsibility of accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all information made available on our website site at various times. The content published on this site are our opinions made public for informative decision and should not be made the sole basis for decision making.

We cannot be held responsible for any harm or damages cause due to the goods or services purchased through our website or any transaction make through us. Please review carefully the terms, policies and practices and ensure that you understand them before you agree for any transaction.

Regarding user comments, feedback and other website submissions

We reserve rights to all requests and submissions to our website. We also bear the right to modify or remove any content at our sole discretion that we determine as objectionable for being unlawful, offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or obscene.

By submitting any content, opinion or any other content you agree that it does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy policy or other proprietary rights of others. You are solely responsible for the opinions expressed through our website that are posted by you.

The prices appearing on the website for any voice over project are for a single script in a given language. Adding multiple scripts / languages in one script (irrespective of script length) is not allowed. Doing so would lead to the cancellation of the project. Multiple projects need to be created for awarding multiple scripts/languages for voice overs. 

The user is required to selet the exact purpose of the voice over/other products while awarding the project. Wrong/misleading information may lead to project cancellation. Customer shall not be eligible for refunds in case wrong/misleading information is provided while submitted a project. 

Cancellation / Refund Polilcy for Clients

To ensure the quickest delivery times, our team gets started on your project as soon as an artist is hired at Voyzapp.
Accordingly, once an artist is hired and the payment process has been completed, it cannot be in any form, cancelled or modified.

In the event that a project gets expired/rejected due to artist's unavailability, Voyzapp shall credit full payment to your Voyzapp wallet and you may select alternate artist to carry on your project. In case there are any specific concerns in selecting an alternate artist, you may contact our customer service team as per details indicated on the website. 

Regarding usage of website and promotion of content 

You are prohibited from using the site or its content in the context of the following conditions: any illegal purpose; if it encourages others to perform or participate in any unlawful act; if it violates any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances; if it infringes upon or violates intellectual property rights; if it leads to intentional or unintentional harassment, abuse, insult, harm, defamation, slander, disparagement, intimidation or discrimination based on gender, religion, ethnicity, race, national origin, etc.; if it proves to be false or misleading information; if it involves transmitting virus, worm, malicious code that has the potential to affect the functionality or operation of our service; if it leads to spamming or phishing; anything that is obscene or immoral. In all the mentioned cases, we reserve the right to terminate the use of the service.

We do not guarantee  that the use of our service will be timely, accurate, secure or error-free. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product or service indefinitely and shall not be held accountable for any damage or loss resulting due to that. Under no circumstances shall Voyzapp or its office of employees be penalized for damages of any kind.

The rules and policies elaborated hereby shall prevail over any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us. Any ambiguities regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed on Voyzapp.

Artist Subscription/Membership

Subscription once purchased cannot be cancelled. No refund shall be made for any subscription plan purchased under any circumstances. Artist subscription is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to any other person. 

Subscribed artists shall be featured at Voyzapp as per website terms and the artists with paid membership shall be promoted to get more projects on a best effort basis.
